Dual Form Stiletto - 120 pcs
Description
Description
What type of nail are Dual Forms suitable for?
- If the natural nails are flat (with little apex), we will prefer a Dual that has a natural curvature of about 35%, such as the shapes “Stiletto”, “Natural Square” or “Natural Ballerina”.
- If the natural nails have a very pronounced “C” curve, then we will opt for arched duals, with a curvature of 50%, such as the shapes “Arched Square”, “Arched Ballerina”, “Russian Almond”.
What shapes can be created?
- Dual Form Natural Ballerina: Ballerina, Almond, Oval, Short Square.
- Dual Form Stiletto: Stiletto, Almond, Oval.
- Dual Form Natural Square: Natural Square of any length, Short Oval, Long Oval with pinching.
- Dual Form Arched Square: Arched Square of any length, Oval, Long Oval with pinching.
- Dual Form Arched Ballerina: Ballerina, Short Almond, Long Almond with pinching, Oval, Short Square.
- Dual Form Russian Almond: Only Russian Almond.
How to understand which size to choose?
DUAL FORM APPLICATION
- Remove any old product.
- Carefully buff the entire surface of the nail plate with a 180 grit file or buffer. Avoid leaving shiny areas as the product would not adhere properly.
- Clean and degrease the nails with Nail Prep Cactus, wait 30 seconds for the product to completely evaporate.
- Apply Bonder Scotch in a thin layer, massaging it over the entire nail plate. Wait 1 minute for it to dry completely in the air.
- Apply base Step One in a thin layer, massaging the nail while avoiding contact with the skin. Be careful to cover the entire surface of the nail well. Polymerize. (Be careful because if the nail plate is not well covered with the base, there is a risk that the gel will not adhere properly)
- Choose the right size of the Dual Form for each finger (see description)
- Apply the chosen product ( Gel or Acrygel) in the Dual, immediately creating the desired shape. In case, especially - but not only - of self-leveling Gel such as Mousse or Sorbetto, it is necessary to pay particular attention to the thickness of the sides, so as not to leave them too thin.
- Blend the product in the area of the cuticle so that towards the end the amount is practically zero.
- Maintaining an inclination of 45°, lay the Dual on the area of the cuticle, keeping a distance of 2mm from it.
- Once you are sure that the Dual is straight, lower and reduce the tilt while maintaining pressure at the cuticle area, until the sides of the Dual are parallel to the finger (it should not go up or down, as this could create an incorrect shape that could lead to cracks and breaks)
- Use the UV bulb by placing it only near the cuticle area and polymerize for 10 seconds.
- Flip the finger and remove any excess product or level it with the help of a brush.
- Once the structure is leveled, polymerize in the lamp for 1 minute. If desired, pinch the form by placing the clamp over the Dual, after 15 seconds of polymerization.
- Remove the Dual by applying slight pressure with your fingers on both sides, starting from the growth points until reaching the tip.
- Shape as desired with the file, use the drill on the underside of the nail to remove excess product and refine any steps, if present, with the Carbide finishing bit “Blue Finishing d0215”.
- Apply the color in two thin layers, if desired, and then seal with the Top Coat Reflex no Wipe.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose a Hema-free product?
Why choose a Hema-free product?
The choice of Hema-free products is increasingly popular in the nails sector for two main reasons: they reduce the risk of skin irritations and allergies in predisposed individuals; they are a more sustainable and environmentally friendly solution.
The absence of Hema in our formulations does not affect the quality of the product: each formula is developed through extensive research and testing, ensuring maximum durability and impeccable results.
