Description

Your nails but better! Discover the new Strong Base Skin: nine perfect nude shades for performing the French technique, correcting small surface imperfections just like your favorite foundation, and creating elegant nude looks.

The Strong Base Skin is a hard semi-permanent base suitable for all types of nails, and particularly strengthening for those that are more fragile and thin. Its characteristics prevent the formation of dips: For this reason, it is perfect as a base for the French technique and for use with Top No Wipe for a natural effect.

#8 Light milky nude with a warm undertone, with high coverage. It resembles base number #7 but is more opaque. It will be opaque even on shorter nails, unlike number #7, which will have a more transparent and milky effect if applied in a thin layer.

WARNING: After applying and curing the product, it is necessary to file the free edge slightly shortening the length, to avoid the tip structure being too thin. This ensures that the thickness at the tip is about 1 mm, and prevents lifting from the tip.

Consistency: Product with a medium, almost liquid consistency (similar to the Rubber base). It facilitates and speeds up the work allowing to level the nail plate (arching). It is an excellent choice for those starting in this profession.

Color: Available in nine colors, to perfectly match every skin tone and creative idea.

Quantity: 15ml

Curing time: 48w LED lamp 60-90 seconds, if the layer is thick cure for 2 min. UV lamp 3 min.

Removal: Remove the base with a drill or file. For the drill, use a tip preferably in red or blue carbide.

Duration: Perfect without lifting.

Application

Remove the existing product.
Carefully mattify the entire nail plate with a 180-grit file or buffer. Avoid leaving any shiny areas, as these would prevent the product from adhering properly.
Perform the manicure at this stage, if needed.
Degrease the nails with CACTUS Cleanser or alcohol.

If needed, continue with the following steps:

Apply CACTUS Nail Prep, then wait 30 seconds for the product to evaporate completely.
For weak nails, apply Scotch Bonder in a thin layer only on the free edge, from the smile line towards the tip. Wait 1 minute for it to dry completely.
Apply STEP ONE Base in a thin layer, working it into the nail without touching the skin. Make sure to cover the entire nail surface thoroughly. Cure.
Apply Strong Base Skin in a thin slip layer, then place a bead of product on the nail and use the CACTUS No. 0/7 Brush to level the surface and build the apex. Cure.
Finish directly with NO WIPE Top Coat, or apply CACTUS Gel Polish first and then finish with NO WIPE Top Coat.
