    Description

Dual Form Ballerina Arch, 150pcs / 15 Sizes

The new Duals are perfect, the labels a little less!

For this reason, the first batch is on sale with a discount of 10% until stocks last.

The new Dual Form Ballerina Arch, designed and created by Cactus, is an alternative to classic Nail Forms, allowing you to create the entire structure of the nail to be rebuilt right away.

Thanks to these new Dual Forms, made of ABS, a durable and flexible material, it is possible to create any natural salon shape, as well as very long shapes like the Ballerina or the Modern Almond.
    • With repositioned apex, they adapt best to both small and short nail beds and larger and longer ones, without the need to modify the shape or add product.
    • Designed to be even more flexible in the cuticle area and, at the same time, more durable at the tip, to minimize the risk of step formation in that area.
    • Transparent, with internal guidelines designed to facilitate product application, for both round and square shapes.
    • Equipped with a guideline that symmetrically divides the Dual, facilitating a centered application, so that it aligns with the line drawn on the finger.
    • Large and clearly visible numbering, to save time in choosing the most suitable size for each nail.
What type of nail are the Dual Forms suitable for?

The new Cactus Dual Forms are designed to fit perfectly any type of nail and nail plate. Thanks to their 50% curvature, they are ideal for both flat natural nails (with a slightly pronounced tip) and nails with a very evident "C" curvature.

    What shapes can be created?

With the new Cactus Curved Dual Form Ballerina, it is possible to achieve different shapes during reconstruction: Ballerina, Short Almond, Long Almond with pinching, Oval, and Short Square.
You can find some examples of the achievable shapes in the second slide of the product images.

How to choose the correct size?

To choose the most suitable size for each finger, it is necessary to place the tip on the nail and check that it perfectly matches the lateral growth points of the nail plate. The Dual Form must "embrace" the nail without applying pressure, covering the entire surface. There must also be space between the Dual and the growth points, which will be filled with the product.

All available sizes are illustrated in the product images.

How to use the Dual Forms?
    • Remove any residue of old product.
    • Carefully buff the entire surface of the nail plate with a 180 grit file or buffer. It is essential not to leave shiny areas, as the product would not adhere properly.
    • Clean and degrease the nails with Cactus Cleaner and a pad.
    • Apply Cactus Nail Prep and wait 30 seconds to ensure complete evaporation of the product.
    • Apply the Scotch Primer in a thin layer, massaging it over the entire nail plate. Wait 1 minute for air drying. A fundamental step as our products last very well even without the preparers.
    • Apply the Step One base in a thin layer, massaging the nail and avoiding contact with the skin. Immediately apply a layer of polish without prior polymerization. Be careful to cover the entire surface well. Polymerize.
    • (Warning: if the nail plate is not well covered with the base, there is a risk that the gel will not adhere properly.)
    • Choose the right size of the Dual Form for each finger. To take the measurement, the Dual Form must be positioned on a growth point and rotated until it touches the other growth point, making sure to leave at least one millimeter of space laterally to allow the gel to have the right thickness between the nail and the Dual Form..
    • Apply the chosen product (Gel or Acrygel) in the Dual, immediately creating the desired shape.
    • Blend the product in the cuticle area, gradually reducing it to zero.
    • In the case of self-leveling gel, such as Mousse or Sorbetto, pay particular attention to the thickness of the sides, to avoid them being too thin.
    • Maintaining a 45° angle, position the Dual in the cuticle area, keeping a distance of 2 mm from the cuticle.
    • When the Dual is straight, lower and reduce the angle while maintaining pressure in the cuticle area, until the sides of the Dual are parallel to the finger. (It should not go up or down, to avoid an incorrect shape and the risk of cracks or breaks.)
    • Use a UV bulb by positioning it near the cuticle area and polymerize for 10 seconds so the Dual sets.
    • Flip the finger and remove or level any excess with a brush from under the free edge.
    • Polymerize in the lamp for 1 minute. (If desired, you can pinch the form by placing the clamp over the Dual after 15 seconds of polymerization.)
    • Remove the Dual by applying slight pressure with your fingers on both sides, starting from the growth points to the tip.
    • Shape as desired with the file, use the drill on the underside of the nail to remove excess product, and finish any steps with the carbide finishing bit “Blue Finishing d0215”.
    • Apply the color in two thin layers, if desired, and seal with the Top Coat Reflex no Wipe.
