Description

Your nails but better! Discover the new Strong Base Skin: nine nude shades ideal for French manicures, correcting small surface imperfections just like your favourite foundation and creating elegant nude looks.

Strong Base Skin is a rigid gel polish base suitable for all nail types and particularly reinforcing for fragile, thin nails. Its characteristics help prevent unevenness, making it ideal as a base for French manicures and for use with Top No Wipe for a natural effect.

#2 Dark nude with a warm undertone and high coverage. Compared with #1, it is darker and leans more towards brown.

CAUTION: After applying and curing the product, file the free edge and slightly shorten the length so that the structure at the tip is not too thin. This helps ensure a tip thickness of approximately 1 mm and helps prevent lifting from the tip.

Consistency: Medium consistency, almost fluid, similar to Rubber Base. It makes application easier and faster by allowing you to level the nail plate and build the apex. A good choice for those starting out in the profession.

Colour: Available in nine shades designed to suit different skin tones and creative looks.

Size: 15 ml.

Curing time: 60–90 seconds under a 48W LED lamp; if the layer is thick, cure for 2 minutes. UV lamp: 3 minutes.

Removal: Remove the base with a nail drill or file. When using a nail drill, preferably use a red- or blue-band carbide bit.

Wear: Excellent wear without lifting.

Application

Remove the old product.
Carefully buff the entire surface of the nail plate with a 180-grit file or buffer. Avoid leaving shiny areas, as the product will not adhere correctly.
If a manicure is required, perform it at this stage of the service.
Cleanse and degrease the nails with Cactus Cleanser or alcohol.

If necessary, you can then proceed with:

Apply Nail Prep Cactus and wait 30 seconds for the product to evaporate completely.
If the nails are weak, apply Bonder Scotch in a thin layer only on the free edge, from the smile line towards the tip. Wait 1 minute for it to dry completely.
Apply STEP ONE base in a thin layer, massaging it into the nail while avoiding the skin. Make sure the entire nail surface is covered. Cure.
Apply Strong Base Skin in a thin gliding layer, then apply a drop of product and use the Cactus No. 0/7 brush to level the surface and build the apex. Cure.
Proceed directly with Top Coat NO WIPE, or first apply Cactus Gel Polish followed by Top Coat NO WIPE.
