Description
THIXOTROPIC gel which, thanks to its very high viscosity, is ideal for salon-style nail extensions and the French tip technique. Perfect for those who prefer gels that remain in place until shaped with a brush.
What does THIXOTROPIC gel mean? A very dense gel which, thanks to movement during application onto the nail and the warmth of the hand, begins to become more malleable. It is not self-levelling.
Consistency:
- High density, making it ideal for building up the nail bed using the walled French technique, and also perfect for minor nail repairs. Does not run.
- Very stable; thanks to its consistency, it allows you to work on several nails at once.
- Suitable for extreme lengths.
- Easy to file.
Colour: Highly pigmented colour, effectively covers any nail imperfections.
Quantity: Available in 15g.
Curing time: 48W LED lamp 90–120 sec, UV lamp 3–4 min. During curing under the lamp, you may feel a sensation of heat; if this occurs, remove your hand from the lamp whenever discomfort arises and reduce the lamp’s power.
Removal: Remove with a drill or file. For the drill, use a blue/green grit bit. Easy to file.
Duration:
- Ideal for nail extensions, gel refills, gel overlays and minor repairs to the nail edge.
- After application, it can be covered with semi-permanent colour or gel colour; alternatively, thanks to its high pigmentation, it can be left in its natural shade.
- Impact-resistant, it guarantees excellent durability. It eliminates the risk of breakage in high-stress areas.
- A base coat must be applied before applying Soufflè gel.
