Regulations of the "PUNTI JOLLY" Loyalty Program

These regulations are drawn up pursuant to art. 6 of Presidential Decree 430/2001, letter c-bis) introduced by art. 22.bis, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 91/2014, converted with amendments by Law 116/2014.

Art. 1) Promoting Party

Art. 2) Name of the Event

"PUNTI JOLLY"

Art. 3) Duration

Participation period: from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Deadline for prize requests: July 31, 2027.

Art. 4) Geographical Scope

National territory and the Republic of San Marino.

Art. 5) Beneficiaries

The promotion is aimed at adult end consumers, residing or domiciled in Italy or the Republic of San Marino (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").

Art. 6) How it Works

The loyalty program called "PUNTI JOLLY" is reserved for Customers registered on the website www.cactusforyou.it who make purchases during the validity period of the initiative.

Point Accumulation

For every purchase made on the website www.cactusforyou.it, Customers will accrue 1 point for every €1.00 spent.

Points will be awarded exclusively on the amount of products purchased, net of shipping costs, discounts, promotions, coupons, or other economic benefits that may be applied.

Points are awarded considering only the integer part of the amount spent, rounded down. For example, for an expense of €5.90, 5 points will be credited.

In case of order cancellation, withdrawal, or total or partial return of purchased products, the Promoting Company will deduct the points previously awarded in relation to the returned products.

Bonus Points

Customers may also earn bonus points for the following activities:

• birthday bonus: 100 points.

Bonus points will be awarded only once per activity and will not have retroactive effect. They will therefore be recognized only if the activity that entitles them is carried out after registration on the website. The Promoting Company also reserves the right to organize temporary promotional initiatives that provide for the assignment of additional points on the occasion of the purchase of specific products, particular combinations of products or during certain promotional periods. The relevant conditions will be communicated in advance through the website www.cactusforyou.it.

Point Conversion

Customers can convert accumulated points into discount vouchers to be used on the website www.cactusforyou.it, at a rate of €0.05 for each point available.

For example, 150 points will allow you to obtain a discount voucher worth €7.50.

Upon conversion, the points used will be immediately deducted from the available balance. Once the conversion is requested, it cannot be canceled, and the points used cannot be re-credited.

Any remaining points will remain available and can be used for subsequent discount voucher requests.

Points can be freely converted by July 31, 2027. After this date, all remaining and unconverted points will definitively lose validity and can no longer be used or recovered.

Limitations

Accumulated points are personal, non-transferable to third parties, and cannot be converted into cash.

Discount vouchers obtained through point conversion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or benefits that may be active on the same order, unless otherwise expressly indicated by the Promoting Company.

Art. 7) Availability of Regulations

The original regulations, self-certified with a substitute declaration of affidavit, are kept at the administrative headquarters of Max Marketing S.r.l. for the entire duration of the event and for 12 months following its conclusion. An extract of the regulations is made available to participants on the website www.cactusforyou.it.

pursuant to art. 47 of Presidential Decree no. 445/2000

The undersigned Dr. Massimiliano Ferrari, born in Lumezzane (BS) on 01/18/1968, residing in Concesio (BS) at Via Famiglie Pontara, 26, as the legal representative of the company MAX MARKETING S.r.l. with registered office in Via Famiglie Pontara n. 26 – 25062 Concesio (BS) and administrative headquarters in Via Cassala n. 16 – 25126 Brescia, a company delegated by CACTUS FOR YOU S.r.l. with registered office in Via Fausto Melotti, 2 – 20138 Milan

DECLARES

• that the attached Regulations have been prepared for the conduct of the promotion called "PUNTI JOLLY";
• that the full regulations of the prize promotion will be kept for the entire duration of the promotion at the administrative headquarters of the delegated company MAX MARKETING S.r.l. in Via Cassala n. 16 – 25126 Brescia.
